After a days hardship, everyone needs some rest. Taking proper rest again makes the cells of the body active and prepares the body for another hard-working day. To get this rest, every adult, both male and female must sleep for at least five to seven hours a day out of twenty-four hours. Even if you can’t sleep, you should at least lie on bed and make the body relaxed. Due to lack of rest, there could be many problems both mentally and physically. Many of us can’t even take the required rest for social reasons, then how can one encounter the problems that arise from restlessness?
Headache: Lack of rest can enhance your headache. This pain could be at the back or allover the head and can also spread into the shoulders. In this condition its better to make your whole room dark and lie for sometime on the bed. After this, you may take some painkillers and some slight snacks. And if you feel like vomiting, you should take some anti-vomiting drugs as prescribed by the doctor. Finally you should go to sleep as early as possible.
Insomnia: Lack of rest can cause insomnia. One who suffers from this knows very well how torment and annoying it is. You should stay out from drinking tea, coffee, and alcohol after the evening and smoking must be abandoned too. You should sleep everyday on a schedule time because you body likes this kind of routine and that should not be done with an empty stomach, better you take some slight food and then go to sleep. Regular exercise should be done to minimize stress and tire your body so that you feel drowsy and have a good sleep.
Hesitation in having sex: You may feel hesitated to make love with your partner due to lack of rest and as a result your self confidence decreases which leads to having many queries in your mind like-whether you can please you partner or not? In this sort of situations, its better to take some rest and have faith on yourself or you could also discuss with your partner. One thing everyone should keep in mind that before making love you could drink a cup of coffee-this might help reduce your tiredness to some extent.
All of your problems due to less rest will be fixed without difficulty if you follow your sleeping schedule properly and get rid of all the bad habits like-smoking or unusual eating habits.
