Burn Fat Burn: 5 Steps to Achieve a Great Body

“Diet, diet, diet,” oftentimes, we hear ourselves say these when we see ourselves in the mirror with those extra bulges. It is easy to say but hard to do so here are five quick and easy ways to eliminate fat:

1. Count your calorie intake. Find out how much you eat.

Be aware of what you put in your body by counting your calorie, carbohydrate, fat or fiber intake. There are websites like fitday.com and the caloriecounter.com that can help you with your daily nutrient count.

2. Don’t eat junk foods.

Eat healthy. Do not be satisfied on eating chips during lunch or dinner. This doesn’t nourish your body and only adds up to the unwanted body fat that you already have. Start making your body familiar with eating fruits, vegetables, white meat, nuts.

3. Treat yourself once a week.

After six days of diet and exercise, reward yourself with a nice meal within the day. Have a fair share of foods that you avoid eating but don’t overdo it. Just satisfy your craving in small doses, not with large amounts that can bring back all the fats you lost during the week.

4. Eat less and exercise.

If steps 1 to 3 don’t work for you, then eat less and exercise. Eating the right amount of food will help you lose fat. Once you feel that you’re satisfied, stop. Do not eat more just because you can, or you want to. Remember that exercise is, and will always be, good for the body so make it a practice.

5. Plan your meal

Take time during the weekend to plan what you’ll eat for the coming week. I have a friend who used to be chubby but because she strictly follows a meal plan, her waistline used to be 34 inches and is now at 25 inches, and is still going down. Take time to count every calorie on the meal you’ll be preparing.

The list looks easy but most people fail to follow these steps, most especially step number 3. Instead of just satisfying the appetite, people tend to forget and eat more than what their body can handle.

In order to succeed, you must have the will to lose weight. Set a goal to accomplish a healthy and sexy body.

Remember, you can achieve what your mind can conceive. It’s important to have a positive attitude. Don’t look at working out as a task; see it as a way of transforming yourself to a better you.

Help yourself by refraining from buying snacks that will tempt you to veer away from your diet. Lastly, do not forget to exercise. With exercise and a healthy diet, achieving a great body is not impossible.
