There are many reasons why people fail to stick to an exercise routine in the first place. First, they may not find the time to juggle exercising between work and household chores. 7. Y- squat. This is just like the normal bodyweight squat, but your arms are held up in a Y-position. It’s a great exercise to do after a day of typing away on your laptop.

8. Lunge exercises. Lunging involves taking a slightly larger step than usual while keeping your front knee over your foot and dropping down so that your other knee is about an inch from the floor. Repeat this with your other leg.

9. Weight lifting You can start with light weights, this is a great method of strength training.

10. Stretching. Naturally, this should be done prior to any home weight loss exercises that you will do. It helps restore your ideal posture by stretching your tight muscles.
